Managing citizenship, security, and rights : regulating marriage migration in Europe and North America.
Associate Professor in Law at Middlesex University, London. Has a longstanding involvement in the establishment and delivery of community legal services for migrants, notably through the NGO Migrants’ Rights Network. Has published a legal history of marriage migration in the United Kingdom, entitled Marriage Migration into the UK: A Stranger in the Home (Ashgate, 2011), along with several articles on marriage and family reunification in the United Kingdom. She will be our key collaborator regarding legal issues pertaining to marriage migration.
